-gross, but true!

It happens for my brother as well, when we run REALLY hard we taste iron or blood

"I consider myself to be an emotionally weakling, but when it comes to being strong, I am one tough chick!"

"I have this theory, I think I get credit jut for putting on my workout clothes, maybe the act of wearing short shorts makes me loose a few calories!" -So consequently I try really hard to never put on real clothes! HA
